For Tina Bickett, The 15 Day Challenge was about more than reducing her weight. During her
thirteenth challenge, she experienced both physical growth and increased confidence. “I have to

Now, she has completed several rounds of The 15 Day Challenge, throughout which she has added more exercise to her routine, increased her knowledge of nutrition, and managed to “stay connected with consistency, endurance, and a stronger mindset.”
