Before The 15 Day Challenge, a family tragedy sunk Sparkle Potts into a depression. In April 2022, she lost her aunt, her first close family member to have died, and struggled with stress as she grieved. She felt the need to be strong for her family, including her three children and her father, who was diagnosed with blood cancer. The 15 Day Challenge helped Potts recognize that to stay strong, she needed to care for herself.

Week 7 Sparkle PottsIn her most recent challenge, Potts altered her routine to focus on her mind, body, and spirit. In addition to working out twice a day, drinking a gallon of water per day, and practicing a pescatarian diet, she prayed daily and spoke positive affirmations into her life. “On day 15, I feel so much closer to God,” she said. “After this challenge, I finally feel like myself again.”

Since her first challenge, Potts has lost 65 pounds, 10 pounds of which was during her most recent challenge. Beyond her weight loss, she experienced a shift in her mindset, working to put herself first and remove negative forces in her life. “My skin is clearer, my patience is better, and my relationship with God is stronger than ever,” she said. “I can truly do ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING that I put my mind to!”
